Terms of payment
Rates are per night per apartment, based on 2 or 4-person occupancy. Supplements apply for each additional person. Children enjoy discounted rates based on age. Final cleaning is charged extra, and costs may vary depending on the apartment.

In addition, there is a fixed local tax of 2.10 euros per day and person aged 14 and over.
Methods of payment
We accept payment by advance bank transfer, credit/debit card or in cash (up to 4,999 euros).
Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy
Even though the Italian Consumer Protection law does not provide for the right of withdrawal on hotel bookings, we do allow cancellation according to the terms detailed below.
- Cancellation is subject to a 25 euro fee (50 euros for guests from outside the EU), which is deducted from the deposit
- For cancellations made 29 to 16 days before arrival, we withhold the deposit.
- Between 15 and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking price.
- For cancellations made 7 days before arrival or later, and in the event of no-show or late arrival/early departure, we charge the booking in full.
Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection law (Leg. Decree 206/2005).
Travel insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover for any cancellation fees. Click here to insure your holiday.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is open from 3 pm, or earlier on request. On the day of departure, check-out is by 10 am.

Pets
Dogs are welcome on request. The supplement is 15 euros per night, food excluded.
Smoking
