The newly designed holiday apartments combine modern design with alpine cosiness – a place where you can arrive, relax and immediately feel at home. Bright spaces, high-quality materials and thoughtfully planned interiors create a comfortable living atmosphere for relaxed holiday days.

Each apartment features air conditioning for a pleasant indoor climate as well as a private balcony, inviting you to breathe deeply and enjoy the South Tyrolean mountain scenery.

Our heated outdoor pool with mountain views

Our spacious outdoor pool invites you to relax and unwind. Surrounded by a well-kept sunbathing lawn with stunning mountain views, it offers the perfect refreshment on warm days. Thanks to modern solar technology, the water is heated in an environmentally friendly way, allowing you to enjoy pleasant temperatures from spring through autumn. A place to switch off, recharge, and feel good.

A green oasis with pool for relaxing

Bask in the sun, relax on a sun lounger, and take a refreshing dip in the heated outdoor pool. The Grander water, with a minimal chlorine content, ensures excellent water quality and a natural swimming experience. The pool is heated sustainably using solar energy. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols are available for your comfort, and for a thirsty moment, our Trustbar offers a selection of refreshing drinks.

Prices are per night and apartment, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights and an occupancy of 2 or 4 persons.
An additional charge applies for each extra person.
Children receive a discount depending on their age.

The legally required local tourist tax of €2.40 per person per day applies for guests aged 14 and over.

We accept payment by advance bank transfer, credit/debit card or in cash (up to 4,999 euros).

A deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Even though the Italian Consumer Protection law does not provide for the right of withdrawal on hotel bookings, we do allow cancellation according to the terms detailed below.

  • Cancellation is subject to a 25 euro fee (50 euros for guests from outside the EU), which is deducted from the deposit
  • For cancellations made 29 to 16 days before arrival, we withhold the deposit.
  • Between 15 and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking price.
  • For cancellations made 7 days before arrival or later, and in the event of no-show or late arrival/early departure, we charge the booking in full.

Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection law (Leg. Decree 206/2005).

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover for any cancellation fees. Click here to insure your holiday.

Check-in is open from 3 pm, or earlier on request. On the day of departure, check-out is by 10 am.

The following equipment is at your disposal on request:

  • Cot / travel bed / extra bed (for a fee)
  • High chair
  • Baby carrier

Dogs are welcome on request. The supplement is 15 euros per night, food excluded.

Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments.

ALL ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY

Rates are per night per apartment, based on 2 or 4-person occupancy. Supplements apply for each additional person. Children enjoy discounted rates based on age. Final cleaning is charged extra, and costs may vary depending on the apartment.
