• Twice a week you receive fresh towels from us and every two weeks fresh bed linen.
• Electricity, water and heating are included in the price.
• The holiday apartment in Merano and Environs is equipped with a satellite TV, phone and safe.
• You can also use the outdoor pool, which is heated by solar energy and located at Residence Josefshof, our other apartment in South Tyrol, free of charge.
• You can park your car right in front of Residence Steinach, our holiday apartment in Lagundo/Algund near Merano/Meran.
• As our guest you do not need to buy water from the shop because the water from our tap (and in our pool) is of highest quality and stems directly from the mountains – good for your wallet and for the environment.

• When you visit our pastry shop Konditorei Überbacher in South Tyrol you receive 10% discount off anything you eat or drink directly in the pastry.
• The price for an additional children’s bed is EUR 30,00 Euro; please let us know in good time if you need a bed or high chair.
• If your dog is coming on holiday to Merano/Meran with you, we charge EUR 15.00 per day, food is not included in the price.
